Welcome to Boda. Our mission is to provide genuine and effective health, fitness
and beauty solutions. We believe our body re-shaping systems of
EMS, biomesosculpture,
Shapemaster and
Whole Body Vibration can provide people of all
ages, and at different levels of physical health, a practical opportunity to
improve their shape, mobility and overall wellbeing. Our full complement of
beauty services defines Boda as a one-stop shop for looking well and feeling great.
Established in Mosman in 2004, Boda is continuing to grow and evolve. We are so
proud of the welcoming and healing environment we provide and our clients have
truly become our friends. We especially love seeing results - whether it is
inch loss or
weight loss, improved mobility, flexibility or wellbeing, we strive to see you
reach your goals.
We are absolutely committed to inspiring people to integrate wellness, fitness and beauty into their daily lives. We only have one body, and one world. Lets do our best to respect them and keep them both well.
Settling back in Sydney 4 years ago, she is the proud owner and operator of Boda Wellbeing Centre. Wanting to utilize her dance and movement skills, along with her keen interest in holistic and beauty therapies, she is able to combine her love for both at Boda.

About Tara
Tara Travers was a professional dancer, certified ballet teacher, jazz trained, and a former Paris Moulin Rouge Soloist, which took her all over the globe for 12 years. Tara is also a Certified Aromatherapist with a background in beauty.Settling back in Sydney 4 years ago, she is the proud owner and operator of Boda Wellbeing Centre. Wanting to utilize her dance and movement skills, along with her keen interest in holistic and beauty therapies, she is able to combine her love for both at Boda.
