Gifts and Payments

We have beautifully presented gift certificates for all treatments and products. These can be purchased at our studio, or ordered and paid for over the phone or just send us an email.

We also offer gift wrapping for any product purchases.

We accept cash, eftpos, Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

We run exercise sessions by appointment. It is therefore important that you endeavour to arrive a little earlier than your scheduled appointment time, so that you have adequate time to prepare yourself, and begin your toning session or treatment on time. We suggest arriving 10 to 15 minutes before your appointment.

If you're running late, please let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate you if possible. We ask for your understanding if we are not able to do so.

We require all cancellations for scheduled toning sessions to be made no less than 60 minutes in advance, and 24 hours in advance for beauty or health treatments. Providing less than the required notice may result in a 50% charge. Providing no notice will result in a 100% charge.

Facilities

We provide comfortable change room facilities, and locker storage for your personal belongings.

Beautiful bath robes are provided for body treatment clients, as are disposable underwear if required. We will do our utmost to ensure your comfort and modesty needs are catered for.

For clients using our toning equipment, we ask that you bring comfortable clothing, socks and a head towel for use on the equipment. Leggings or tracksuit pants are the most appropriate attire. However, due to our strict hygiene standards, no denim, skirts or shorts are permitted. Sports socks and towels can be purchased.

Special Considerations

In order to ensure your maximum safety and comfort while at Boda, a brief personal health history questionnaire is required. We encourage you to disclose any health conditions that may effect your experience.

Our environment is one of serenity and relaxation. Please understand and respect the needs of other guests, by turning off your mobile phones. Parents please note it is essential to make child care arrangements for the duration of your Boda visit.
