Shapemaster Powertone is an easy to use gentle exercise circuit.
For 7 minutes each of the 8 motorized machines targets a different muscle group
guiding your movement and allowing for a safe, yet effective workout. Formerly
dubbed 'toning tables, toning beds' and 'passive exercise', we now encourage
users to combine the techniques of Pilates, light weights, breath and focus to
gain faster, better results.
We tailor powered exercise to suit all ages, fit all levels of fitness and meet individual goals.
With input from top exercise physiologists, design engineers and sports
scientists the power-assisted machines provide total body conditioning and
re-shaping.

The Circuit
Hipster
The hipster gently tones and firms hips, buttocks, lower back and legs. This
machine can be used in a variety of positions.
Tummy crunch
The tummy crunch machine firms and flattens the entire abdominal group of
muscles. This machine can be used in a variety of positions.
Waist away
This superb machine creates a firm, narrow waist, firm abdominals, whilst
simultaneously adding strength and flexibility to the lower back.
Flys and thighs
Utilizing light hand weights for the chest, upper back and arms whilst
simultaneously firming the inner and outer thighs. Improved hip and lower back
mobility and flexibility.
Bums and Tums
Tones and tightens the buttocks, hips and tummy. This machine can be used in a
variety of positions.
Upper Back toner The moving pad gently lifts the ribcage to develop flexibility in the shoulders
and upper back, and strengthens for improved posture and upper body mobility.
Pullover Rower
The rowing action firms and strengthens the chest, upper back, arms and
shoulders. The pullover action stretches the spine and tones the chest and arms.
Finish off your workout with a gentle vibrating motion. Great for circulation
and lymphatic system. You'll leave feeling rejuvenated and energized.
